The webinar introduces and explores the different ways in which we respond to conflict that never lead to resolution and the features of all resolved conflict, Learning, Connection and Insight – the ‘3-Cheers for Conflict‘ –  that we can seek to create in any difficult situation we are experiencing.

The webinar also presents some of the 9 Principles of Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution that inform CAOS practises in Mediation and Conflict Coaching and which form the basis of all the conflict management training and consultancy provided by CAOS Conflict Management.
